Writing and Wellness
Studies have proven the positive impact expressive writing can have on somebody who might feel stressed, anxious and overwhelmed.
As someone who suffered in silence and kept a journal for years, I know the importance of having an outlet. Sometimes we don’t know what we think or how we feel until we’ve written it down and read it back.
I create and deliver interactive writing workshops, focusing primarily on journaling and self-care. I create safe spaces where people try, write, speak and share, and leave feeling like their creative tap is pouring with ideas.
Workshops are currently delivered online via Zoom to groups of 15 or less, and in the future will be offered in person too.
